2 more weeks to POP!

BIC was muddy as hell.. other than that.. week passed quite quickly.
Last week had ice cream with wen Hui, Ragu, Kelvin and Alan. Fun as hell.
This week on friday had buffet at bugis with platoon mates. Not as fun but not that bad.
Drove there.. Can't wait to book out again.. gonna book in today.. bye..

I wonder what will happen to us after POP..

Field camp

Back from Field Camp and SIT test.
Damn shag now. These 6 days feels so longg...
It was hell but i got out alive =)

Was so touched when i saw the letter
Thought was a flyer at first
Thought the commanders played a joke on me; was so disappointed until when i looked closely
I saw that it was a letter from my family
It was made out of paper just like fliers so i was mistaken
Saw the 1st 2 words of my mum and couldn't control myself and teared|
Tried to hold it in but couldn't
The effort that was put into the letter was so touching
Felt so happy and miss my family so much
Treasure it so much, so scared it would get torned
Thank you so much..

1st day route march 8km during code black.
Almost fainted but fall out for awhile and carried on
Build our tents and learned some combat shit

2nd day Dig our drainage system and combat shit plus test blah blah
Turn out was shit

3rd day build our shell scrape and slept in it
Like sleeping in a freaking grave
Flooded when it rained
Was hoping it didn't but well.. couldn't sleep after it started raining

4th day rained the whole day since last nice and things were delayed/

Played paint ball
Did test
"Played" in the mud
Was fucked up

Had punishments every single day till can't remember which day were they at

Rifle over head run around, leopard crawl, contacted, arti! blah blah blah

SIT test wasn't fun on the 1st day as i was too tired and dehydrated
Cause had sentry duty and didn't sleep cause tent was flooded
Slept at the shed instead. lucky us
Had picnic with malcolm, jun hong and kelvin at night as our tents were right next to each other's
Having out accessories pack and sucking out all the nice food.
Was fun while it lasted

2nd day of SIT test was more fun as i had more energy
Although the commander is a bit crazy
Book out cocked up
Couldn't contact the tonner and everything was delayed and couldn't finish all the cleaning
lucky and managed to pack all our items and run to the ferry
almost missed the freaking ferry

Now at home, tired, whole body filled with rashes and cuts.
Sucks but i enjoy my time being at home
The only time when i can relax is when i am at home

Finally caught the movie.. really bring back memories.. wish to go back to those days but it is never going to be possible. When you start growing up, then you start realising how lucky, carefree and happy life was when you are still schooling. Already had this thought even before i enlisted in NS. really miss those days..

When you are young, you wanna grow older faster.
When you are older, you wish to go back in time to be younger.
Where days are more free and easy without so much responsibilities.
Maturity comes with responsibilities.
When more responsibilities pile.
That's when you know you got older.

IFC, so tiring. Not enough rest for the whole week. Book outs are so short that it's not enough.
Mentally draining and physical. More of mental.
1 week seems like 2.

I don't know how long i can hold on anymore.
Sometimes i just feel like giving up and crying it all out.
But i keep reminding myself to stay strong.
I wonder how long i can hold on.
I know i'm not that weak.
But i don't know how strong am I either.
All i can do is to just hang on and stay strong; try my best!

All the way Louis Loh! you can make it. I hope..

IMT and Live firing for this whole week.
Target to get all hits but got 29/32
Boring week filled with lots of waiting.
Book out so late book in so early. Sian !!

11/11/11 spent with bunk mates at firing range.
No partner to spend time with so... hais. shucks ! haha

1st Week BMT phase

1st week of "BMT" started. Only the warm up phase though. Tough and no rest. Booked out on Thursday as I pushed myself to pass IPPT. So glad and happy. happiest book out as I earned it with all my effort. Tired shag but I will push on!
